The short version

  • Your data is processed on your device. The app's analysis of your phone usage happens locally; your call history never leaves your phone.
  • There is no tracking. No analytics, no advertising, no profiling, no sale of data — to anyone, ever.
  • The app talks only to your organization's OnMisn Lawyer system. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party, with the single exception of push-notification delivery described below.

What the app is

OnMisn Companion is a mobile companion for organizations using the OnMisn Lawyer system. It requires a corporate sign-in on your organization's own server and its usability is limited without one.

Call log (Android)

With your explicit permission, the app reads the call log on your device to show your usage patterns and to match business calls against your organization's contacts and your timesheets. This processing happens entirely on your device. Your call history — numbers, names, times, durations — is never transmitted anywhere, in any form. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your phone's settings (Settings → Apps → OnMisn Companion → Permissions), and the app continues to work without it.

What stays on your device

  • All call-log analysis and charts.
  • Your manual "company / private" call tags.
  • A digest of your organization's contact phone numbers used for matching.
  • Your sign-in credential, stored in the operating system's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).

What is transmitted, and to whom

The app communicates only with your organization's own OnMisn Lawyer server, over an encrypted connection:

  • Sign-in happens in your browser on that server — the app never sees your password. The server issues the app a per-device access key.
  • The app sends your device's name and a push-notification token so your organization's server can reach this device.
  • The app requests data you are entitled to see there: your timesheets and your organization's contact phone numbers.

OnMisn d.o.o. receives none of this. The one third party involved is Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), which delivers push notifications; it handles a routing token, not your content or your call data.

Your controls and deletion

  • Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
  • The per-device access key is visible and revocable at any time in your OnMisn Lawyer user settings, by you or your administrator.
  • Data held on your organization's server (timesheets, contacts) belongs to and is administered by your organization.

Roles

For data on your organization's OnMisn Lawyer server, your organization is the data controller and OnMisn d.o.o. is the software provider. Call-log data is processed solely on your device, at your instruction, and is not accessible to either your organization or OnMisn.
